Enter the company's Achilles ID and click Create document.
The ID is in the company's Achilles web address, after
company_id=; pasting that whole address works too.
As you type, the company's name appears below the field. Check it before creating the document: a mistyped ID can belong to a different company.
Prep Doc recognises which kind of company an ID belongs to. A foreign company gets a document about the company and its operations; a Dutch subsidiary gets one with its parent company abroad alongside it.
Enter up to 20 IDs, separated by spaces, commas or line breaks (a column copied from Excel works). Documents are made one after the other and each downloads as soon as it is ready. Your browser may ask once whether this site may download several files; allow it.
Visit Reason, Attendees and Agenda are empty boxes to complete yourself. Untick any you don't need under Include space for; your choice is remembered in this browser.
Achilles data is updated every Monday. If someone already made the same document since then, you get that copy straight away; the list says so. Its news can then be a few days older than a new search would give.
Everything except the news comes from Achilles as of its last weekly update. The news section is an automated web search that nobody has checked, so treat its results as leads, not facts. Documents are marked Internal/Confidential.
